We were initailly approached to create the coprporate identity for the brand (from name generation through to look and feel) and then pull this identity through to all marketing material. This is just a small snippet of what we have done so far.
Marcelle & Erik’s Wedding Stationary
Marcelle and Erik wanted a simple yet colorful invite that would set the tone for this relaxed and fun wedding.

Wedding Invite
This is a wedding invite that was designed for Maretha and Paolo’s wedding. They wanted something fresh and relaxed that reflected both their personalities and the occasion. The wedding was held on Maretha’s parents’ farm hence the wheat field reference and the Fynbos flower bouquet.
Wines with Heart - NGO Logo Design
Wines with Heart is an NGO that sells wine via their website while a % of their proceeds go towards supporting mothers suffering from alcholism and children with alchohol fetal syndrome.
The logo design had to be simple and straight forward. I gave it a raw human quality by drawing both the logo and type by hand.

Haas Advertising - Diary
Haas (which means Rabbit in Afrikaans) is an advertising agency in South Africa. We were briefed to create a quirky diary that could be handed out to existing and potential clients. The aim was to advertise their services in such a way that it brought across the agency personality at the same time. We therefore decided to create a diary in the style of a vintage Cook Book. In that way the idea of bringing different ingredients to create an amazing dish could be compared to the creative process that occurs within an agency.

Rare Earth Wine - Logo and Label Design
What makes this wine unique is that each and every wine that is labeled under the the Rare Earth brand is searched for and selected by Mark von Bentheim, the brand creator and wine conesuir. This notion of a personal touch is what inspired the label design and informed both the logo and brand icon.
The Post Office: Post production house - corporate identity
The Post Office is a postproduction house consisting of three separate companies. I was briefed to create a CI that was able to successfully combine the three companies logos (This side up, Hey Pappa Legend and The Sunroom) into one CI and under the umbrella brand of The Post Office.
I borrowed from traditional post office imagery and created a CI that was both cost effective and versatile meeting all the needs of our client. All stationary consisted of clean white paper and the client could then make up there own letterhead, business card etc by using the provided stamps when needed.

VISI Magazine Website and App
We were briefed to conceptualise and create a website for the iconic South African magazine VISI that curates design, architecture and interiors. The concept fell under the Visi Covet campaign that you will see in the rest of my portfolio.

TopTV Stationary
The TopTV logo has been applied to all aspects of TopTV, including the stationery. The business card’s shape is different, just like TopTV’s offering, and makes use of the distinctive stripes from the TopTV logo. The compliment slip and letterhead make use of a die-cut, revealing the colour (and fun) within, which links to TopTV opening up a brighter world when it comes to satellite television.

The Clothing Bank - Corporate Identity
The Clothing Bank is an NGO that is given left over clothing by companies such as Woolworths to distribute to the appropriate needy causes.
They needed a CI that was simple, cost effective and appropriate for a NGO. The business cards double up as both cards and clothing tags that are attached to the clothes once sorted. The appropriate stamp is stamped in the white open area on the back of the card depending on the purpose. The staionary was printed on a white Antalis Linen paper to further enhance the notion of clothing.

ADBREAK Logo and Interior
Adbreak is the DraftFCB canteen. I was briefed to brand the canteen taking into consideration aspects of health, ‘going green’ and the target market at which it was aimed. The target market of time-starved creatives has influenced most of the design choices as well as the copy and becomes the thread that runs through all the creative so far.
